It features tile floors, a metal ceiling, and a zinc roof on a metal structure. The main house features a foyer, a full kitchen, four bedrooms (one with a window air conditioner and all with a fan), tile floors and louvered windows with aluminum frames, iron gates, and two full bathrooms with tiles (also in the kitchen).
